At Uka Aqua Bliss, we strive to deliver luxurious, high-quality bathroom fixtures that transform your space into a spa retreat. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re committed to making it right with a straightforward returns process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (as featured on our site).
  • The product must be unused, in original/new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, instructions, tags, and protective elements intact.
  • Items must show no signs of installation, water exposure, assembly, use, or damage (other than reasonable inspection upon receipt).
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are typically non-returnable unless defective (check the specific product page for details).
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, any unsealed hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a prepaid return label (where applicable) and offer:
    • A replacement (subject to stock), or
    • A full refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and any issues when reaching out.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at aquabliss2026@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
  2. We’ll review your request promptly and send return instructions (including a prepaid label if the return qualifies — see shipping section below).
  3. Repack the item securely in its original box or equivalent protective packaging.
  4. Ship it back using the method we provide or a trackable carrier of your choice (retain your tracking number).

4. Return Shipping

  • Change-of-mind / non-defective returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless your order qualifies for our free returns offer (e.g., select regions or order values — details in your order confirmation).
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and supply a prepaid label in most cases.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns — use tracked shipping.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3–7 business days).
  • Refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Expect the refund to appear in your account within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for color, style, or similar issues (subject to availability).
  • Contact us first to confirm stock before returning.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order doesn’t arrive, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution (replacement or refund).
